Downloadable Morris Chair and Footrest Plans Description

Here are plans presented in response to a high number of requests for an authentic Morris chair reproduction which can be made in home workshops. The chair has wide, bandsawn bow arms and the back adjusts to 3 positions. Morris chairs first became popular in the early 1900's as part of the Stickley / Arts & Crafts movement. Now you can use our plan to build this classic piece. Overall size: 33" wide x 38-1/2" high x 33-5/8" deep.

There are no instructions for upholstering, so that aspect is left to you. The plan does take care of every woodworking-related detail. Footrest plan comes with your download! Both projects are included -- that's 2 great projects to build together or separately.
